Prior to review of the property, we will outline the details of the inspection contract and discuss any concerns you may have up front. At the completion of the home inspection you will have received answers to all of your questions and concerns regarding the home. You will receive a copy of the inspection report along with supporting photographs. Once you have had a chance to review the report in detail, please feel free to contact me directly at (716)867-9271 to discuss any additional questions or concerns that may not have been answered throughout the course of the inspection. Also, if you requested additional inspection/testing, reports may be provided via email after the inspection according to specific time constraints as discussed.

Additionally, I encourage you to bring your inspection report with you during your final walk through as time between inspection and closing may be lengthy and conditions may have changed. The object of a home inspection is to help you feel more confident in the pursuit of your new investment.
